Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?

Yes for many people, online therapy has been just as effective as in-person therapy. It also has the added benefits of being more convenient and accessible and you may find that you feel more relaxed in the comfort of your own surroundings. 

How much does it cost?

15-minute consultation - Free

50-minute session - £50

If there is genuine hardship that may mean you are unable to afford this, please get in touch and we can discuss this.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is an individual and you may find a couple of sessions resolves your issues or you may enter a more long-term course of therapy. We will work together to ensure that your therapy is tailored to your individual needs.

What is the cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment, if notice is less than this, full payment would be required for the missed session.

Will my privacy be protected?

Yes, zoom is a secure platform and I conduct all sessions in a private room that cannot be overheard. I also comply with GDPR regulations, which means that your details are kept secure and confidential.

What equipment do I need?

Zoom is the platform on that sessions take place. You don't need to download any software as I  will send a link via email before the session which will take you to the platform, You will need either a laptop, desktop or smartphone to access the link and a reliable internet connection. If you prefer a telephone session, that is also possible.
