How Online Therapy Works
First Step - get in touch and we can arrange a free initial consultation which normally lasts for around 20 minutes. We can have a chat about what you are looking for and you can ask me any questions you may have.
Sessions via Zoom or Telephone
Second Step - set up a regular weekly therapy session either online via Zoom or on the telephone. All you need is a computer or a phone and a quiet space for your session.
You can have as many or as few sessions as you would like.
