How  Therapy Works

First Step - get in touch and we can arrange a free initial consultation which normally lasts for around 15 minutes. We can have a chat about what you are looking for and you can ask me any questions you may have.

Start regular sessions 

Second Step - set up a regular weekly therapy session either online via Zoom or in person in my couples clinic. 

You can have as many or as few sessions as you would like. 

I aim to ensure I am meeting your needs!
